What I am looking for
- 01Hard, ambiguous problems where the first real task is figuring out what the problem is. I learn fastest when the work refuses to sit still, and I am most useful right there.
- 02People I would want to think alongside on a team where belonging is real and curiosity is rewarded, not just tolerated. I ask a lot of questions. The good teams have always liked that.
- 03Room to use the whole toolkit. Platforms, AI, scale, and governance have been the recent focus, not the ceiling. The constant is systems and the people inside them, whatever the industry.
- 04Work where I am useful to the people, not just the roadmap. Helping a team get from stuck to clear is the part I would keep doing regardless of the title on it.
